“Having assisted many through software development challenges, I know the frustration of lacking the time and technical skills to bring a project to life.”
Nearly 80% of software development projects suffer from poor quality or exceed their budget.
- Quality issues
- Don`t meet the objectives
- Over budget
- Successful
Here's what happens in most projects:
-
Increased Financial Burden:
Projects encounter significant financial strain from unexpected costs, resulting in budget overruns that can threaten both the project's features and the planned launch date.
-
Delayed Time to Market:
Projects that go over budget or have poor quality frequently face delays, hindering timely product launches and causing companies to miss crucial market opportunities.
-
Decreased Customer Satisfaction:
Subpar software quality results in a poor user experience, leading to customer dissatisfaction, negative reviews, and potential loss of future business.
-
Strained Team Morale:
Ongoing issues with project quality and budget overruns cause frustration and burnout among team members, decreasing overall productivity and negatively impacting the work environment.

Have questions? Here are the most common ones:
What should I expect in terms of costs and payment structure?
Costs vary based on the project's complexity and scope. You'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the costs. Payments are typically structured around milestones or phases, with payments made upon the completion of specific deliverables.
How will TechRivo keep me updated on the project's progress?
You can access real-time data about your project via our Project Management Platform. We issue a Project Status Report at least weekly, detailing progress and milestones achieved. Furthermore, we establish additional communication channels for continuous updates.
What if I want to make changes to the project after it has started?
Our Scrumban development approach accommodates change requests during the development phase. These changes are thoroughly evaluated and mutually agreed upon for integration into the project.
What is the typical timeline for a software development project?
Timelines depend on the project's scope and complexity. Smaller projects may take a few weeks to a couple of months, while larger projects can span a year or more. We provide a project plan and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) detailing the work and estimated timelines for each phase.
How does TechRivo ensure the quality of the software?
Quality assurance is embedded throughout the development process. We use automated testing tools and conduct regression testing at each milestone to ensure new changes do not affect previously validated work. A dedicated QA professional upholds high standards, and a TechRivo co-founder always conducts a final review.
What happens after the project is completed?
We offer various post-launch support and maintenance options. We can provide ongoing support to address issues, perform updates, and ensure optimal software performance, or assist with migration to another company or internal team. The choice is yours.
How will intellectual property and ownership rights be handled?
All intellectual property and ownership rights, including documentation, code, and any produced materials, are entirely yours. This is stipulated in our Master Service Agreement (MSA).
What if the project goes over budget or misses deadlines?
We work within a defined budget, ensuring you get the most out of it by completing the project within the constraints of time, scope, and cost. Our model is based on milestone payments. If you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome or timing of a milestone, you are entitled to withhold payment for it. It’s that simple.
